1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CheckeRix mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

CheckeRix is a habit tracking application developed by Mohamed Elatabany ("we," "our," or "us"). The App is available as a freemium service with both free and premium features.

2. Description of Service

CheckeRix is a habit tracking application that helps users:

• Create and manage personal habits
• Track daily progress and check-ins
• View statistics and insights
• Export and import habit data (Premium feature)
• Access premium themes and customizations (Premium feature)

3. User Accounts and Registration

• No registration or account creation is required to use CheckeRix
• All data is stored locally on your device
• You are responsible for backing up your data if desired

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CheckeRix only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
